The service

Glassline connects drivers in the El Paso, TX area with replacement auto glass and local installers. You submit your vehicle details; we identify the glass, text you one installed price, and — once you accept — schedule a local installer to complete the work at your location or another agreed location.

Quotes and pricing

• A quote is based on the vehicle and glass information you provide. If the vehicle or glass turns out to be different, we will tell you before any work begins and get your approval for any price change.
• Your quoted installed price includes the glass and installation labor unless we say otherwise in writing (for example, by text).
• Payment is due as agreed when your job is booked; we currently accept cash and card.

Scheduling and cancellations

We schedule installation times in good faith and will notify you by text of changes. If you need to cancel or reschedule, reply to our text as early as you can so the glass and installer can be reassigned.

Workmanship

Installations are performed by independent local installers. If something about your installation is not right, contact us first — we will work with the installer to make it right.

Texts from Glassline (registered brand: THE GLASSLINE, operated by Agora Marketplace LLC) are sent only after you submit our form with the consent box checked. Messages are about your quote and installation: quote follow-ups, pricing, appointment scheduling and reminders, and installation status updates. Message frequency varies.
